擁有防凍設(shè)計的 igus 拖鏈和 chainflex 高柔性電纜是在霜雪工況應(yīng)用中實現(xiàn)供能的理想解決方案 為了能源供應(yīng)免受嚴寒影響，運動塑料專家 igus 研發(fā)出了一款名為“ice-chain”的新型拖鏈，可用于斜行電梯等應(yīng)用。這款拖鏈的鏈節(jié)上額外增加了注塑成型的凸點，可以顯著降低拖鏈被凍住的可能性，從而減少停機所帶來的損失和維護成本。 如今斜行電梯被大量應(yīng)用于運輸人或貨物。而無論是運輸人還是貨物的電梯，都要求能夠長期無故障運行。此外，因其作業(yè)高度過高導(dǎo)致維修工況惡劣，所以發(fā)生故障后的維修成本非常高。尤其是在惡劣天氣條件下使用斜行電梯時所面臨的維修難度更大，例如山區(qū)的乘客升降機和戶外的建筑升降機。一旦發(fā)生故障，只有先完成復(fù)雜的除霜工作，才能進行后續(xù)維護。在這種極惡劣的工況下，諸如 igus 創(chuàng)新型拖鏈 ice-chain 一樣擁有優(yōu)良防凍性能的供能產(chǎn)品，卻依然可以確保能源傳輸?shù)陌踩院涂煽啃浴?br /> 新設(shè)計可防止設(shè)備故障 在惡劣的天氣條件下，如果拖鏈系統(tǒng)運行頻率過低或運行間隔時間過長，那么拖鏈系統(tǒng)極有可能會被凍住。而抗凍的 ice-chain 拖鏈在這種應(yīng)用工況下依然可以確保系統(tǒng)運行的安全性和可靠性。這款拖鏈的抗凍原理簡單卻有效：每個拖鏈鏈節(jié)的外側(cè)橫桿上額外注塑有2個凸點。這樣可以顯著減少與導(dǎo)向槽底部接觸的表面積，從而降低被凍結(jié)的風險。拖鏈本身依然是通過導(dǎo)向槽進行牽引，但它和導(dǎo)向槽底部接觸的表面積非常小，因此不會被凍結(jié)在導(dǎo)向槽上。注塑成型在鏈節(jié)橫桿上的凸點，不僅不會降低拖鏈的高耐磨性，還優(yōu)化了 ice-chain 拖鏈的耐寒性能。矩形的限位結(jié)構(gòu)將受到的壓力均勻分布，自身側(cè)板非常牢固，保證了拖鏈的高強度，并可承受較大的負載。由于凸點的高度僅為 1.8 毫米，所以安裝高度也只需略增大一點。因此，ice-chain 拖鏈可以輕松安裝在狹窄的空間內(nèi)。 e-chain 拖鏈和 chainflex 高柔性電纜可承受凍結(jié)溫度 與其它供戶外使用的 igus 拖鏈一樣，ice-chain 拖鏈由防風雨且耐介質(zhì)的高性能塑料 igumid G 制成，可用于低至 -40°C 的工況。 搭配專門針對拖鏈連續(xù)動態(tài)運行而設(shè)計的 chainflex 高柔性電纜使用，ice-chain 拖鏈系統(tǒng)即使在冰雪中也能夠可靠地傳輸能源。而 chainflex 高柔性電纜在溫度長時間遠低于冰點的工況下，也能夠提供安全無故障的運行，并有 PUR 和 TPE 外護套可選。例如，高柔性伺服電纜 CF29 系列可在實際溫度低至 -35°C 的工況下，為驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)提供可靠的能源傳輸。此外，igus 提供裝配拖鏈服務(wù)，即將 ice-chain 拖鏈填充好預(yù)定制電纜，作為完整的供能系統(tǒng)交付，從而實現(xiàn)快速安裝和使用。
